VEGAN TORTILLA

We are very excited to introduce our new Vegan Tortilla. Our new recipe keeps the traditional ingredients of potato and fried onion, but replaces the egg with a chickpea base offering a delicious alternative for those seeking plant based food options. Like our original product this is gluten free and is easily prepared; it can be enjoyed hot (pan fry or microwave) or cold for any meal of the day.

The Tortilla is a Tapas staple, to accompany typical Iberian deli items, but it is also consumed as the base for any meal of the day or indeed as a generally lower calorie and higher protein alternative to chips or bread. It can also be served cold and is therefore ideal for picnics and outdoor eating.

Our new chickpea based product offers a vegan alternative to our original recipe with the same delicious flavours.
